release note said that in PHP 5.2.9-2 Windows binaries, openssl library has been updated to 0.9.8k. but unzip the binaries, ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll is still 0.9.8i.

Reproduce code:
---------------
just right click ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll and see the versrion detail.

Expected result:
----------------
0.9.8k

Actual result:
--------------
0.9.8i
