When attempting to download file php-5.2.9-1-win32.zip (www.php.net/downloads.php)from any of the four mirror sites listed download starts as normal but when it gets to 99% or close to or at 10.0MB copied the File Download dialog box remains open for a long time. More than 20 minutes. When it completes, I get an error message stating that the zip file is invalid when I try to open it. Can't unzip.

There should be over 100 mirrors listed.

I found out what the problem is. It has nothing to do with the www.php.net site. It has something to do with the network at work, there are several issues they've been having. I went home last night and tried downloading it and it worked fine. I do apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for all of your help though.
