Did you read and follow the big fat pink notes on the download page?

Though the notes do need to be expanded to include Google Chrome and
FF3 on windows. Downloading from multiple servers using Chome, IE and
FF all result in the security block.

Yup.
Still got nutihn'...

I'm going to try downloading again when I have a few minutes. It HAS to be something simple.....

Ok... this is nuts...
I'm at work and downloading the file and getting different file sizes...
The problem is obviously _NOT_ at the *source* end of things... (PHP.net). It's somewhere in-between... Gotta' be related...

Sorry everyone......

Well....

Due to some family medical stuff I'm only now getting back to this. I've descovered that it wasn't on the PHP end, nor apparently, was it on my end. Over the course of the past few days some clients and associates have been reporting some issues reaching certain locations in and around the North East (mostly NH that I'm aware of).

The file size I'm now getting when I download the CHM file is 8,273,920. That's the first time I've seen that number. Now, downloading from any mirror site results in the same file-size and it works like a champ.

The only reason I'm posting this is to let folks know that the CHM file dated (internally) 1-30-2009 actually does work, and, while I haven't heard anything about any other area, if you're in the North East and can't get it to work, check the file-size agianst the number above.

Sorry for any undue verbosity or bandwidth.
