There are invalid german umlaut characters (?, ?, ?, ?) in following function documenation:

URL: http://de2.php.net/manual/de/function.openlog.php

Tried ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-15, WINDOWS-1252 and UTF-8 but I got no valid output.

Expected result:
----------------
[...] ?ffnet [...]

[...] standardm??ig [...]

[...] hinzugef?gt.

... and many more.

Actual result:
--------------
[...] öffnet [...]

[...] standardmä?Ÿig [...]

[...] hinzugefügt.

... and many more.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
