Most like just a cosmetic issue.

Many of extensions report "On" when the ini value is a boolean.

Some of the settings are reported as 1.

It would be nice, where appropriate, to have "On"/"Off" for booleans, 
rather than 1/0.

The modules I see as being affected by this are ...


Others may exist.
