The following libraries required to compile PHP are now longuer available on the website:

  - bindlib_w32 [http://www.php.net/extra/bindlib_w32.zip]
  - win32build  [http://www.php.net/extra/win32build.zip]

These download links leads to the following error:

Sorry, but the function extra/win32build.zip is not in the online manual.

Expected result:
----------------
We would like to have these links working so our partner can download the libraries required by PHP on a proper website such like yours.

Ok. I don't really understand what is the matter..
The bug you mention is Closed.. But there is still no fix.
And I didn't find the bindlib_w32.zip and win32build.zip files in the Wiki mentioned.
Anyway you can mark this as a duplicate of bug 46069 since this is the same request.

As said in bug#46021, these files are no longer used.
New build manual is available in the wiki at http://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/stepbystepbuild

Ok. Actually I am still building with PHP 5.2.0 for compatibility reasons..
I believe that these libs are still required for that version.
