PHP should develop an alternative to Gzip. Gzip can compress php websites so they use less bandwidth. PHP should create an official php alternative to Gzip that compresses PHP even more than Gzip.

I've got no idea why you think these bug reports are useful and you don't seem to understand what PHP is nevermind how it works.
