When running 'make test' it is repeatedly freezing on ext/standard/tests/streams/bug46024.phpt.  ps shows that no CPU time is being used.

Expected result:

I expect the make test to complete its run.


Actual result:

I get something like this:

and it has been that way for over 12 hours now.
