Bug #46563 [FR] French translation of imap_8bit doesn't makes sense

Description:
------------
On the french translation of "imap_8bit" (http://php.net/manual/fr/function.imap-8bit.php) the term "Quoted-Printable" is translated to "cha?ne ? guillemets" (quoted string).

This doesn't makes much sense, as "cha?ne ? guillemets" is nowhere near meaning "Quoted-Printable" and also as "Quoted-Printable" is a format name, I believe it shouldn't be translated (and wikipedia does too: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quoted-Printable).

Convertit la cha?ne ? 8 bits en une cha?ne ? guillemets (selon la ? RFC 2045, Section 6.7).

becomes :

Convertit la cha?ne ? 8 bits en une cha?ne encod?e en Quoted-Printable

(twice)

and

Retourne une cha?ne ? guillemets.

becomes :

Retourne une cha?ne encod?e en Quoted-Printable.
