Description:

On FreeBSD the posix_strerror(0) doesn't return "Success" as says 
the documentation, thus the test 
ext/posix/tests/posix_strerror_variation1.phpt fails.

Reproduce code:

print posix_strerror(0);
?>

Expected result:
----------------
Success

Actual result:
--------------
Unknown error: 0
