Description:
------------
The descriptions of some mysqli functions are missing in the Emglish
version of the online manual on the UK site, although they are there in
some other languages. One example is:

http://uk.php.net/manual/en/function.mysqli-fetch-row.php

The Czech version is present:

http://uk.php.net/manual/cs/function.mysqli-fetch-row.php

I thought these old links were fixed but it appears not for all classes. But fwiw the OOP links changed to classname.methodname so:

  http://uk.php.net/manual/en/mysqli-result.fetch-row.php

The CS manual is outdated and is no longer listed as active so you must have stumbled upon an old link to get there?

Regardless, these old links should point to the proper place... a phpweb issue.
