The link on the documentation home page (http://www.php.net/docs.php) for Bulgarian version of PHP documentation is not working. 

The link is being pointed to 404 error page (http://www.php.net/manual/bg/).

Reproduce code:

1). Go to PHP.net home page (http://php.net)
2). Click on the "documentation" top navigation link.
3). From the PHP: Documentation page select "Bulgarian" version of the documentation.

Expected result:
----------------
The Bulgarian documentation link should point to a page translated in Bulgarian.

Actual result:

The broken link is taking users to 404 error page:

Not Found
