Today I tried to install the Release Candidate 2 on my WinNT-Server with O'Reilly WebSite Pro (on which PHP 3 works fine) and on my personal Win98-PC with Apache 1.3.12 (on which PHP4 Release Candidate 1 works fine!!).
On both computers following error pop-ups:
