In the german version of the manual (filename php_manual_de.chm) are two false links:
Inhalt > Sprachreferenz > 
Kapitel 17: "Funktionen" and "Vom Benutzer definierte Funktionen"

(Chapter 17 "Funktions" and "user-defined functions")

The links are alredy wrong in older versions.
