I tried emailing the results of a 'make test' with failures, as 'make 
test' requests. The results file was 36KB. I got this back from the mail 
server:

<ezmlm-qa-reports@pair1.php.net>:
ezmlm-reject: fatal: Sorry, I don't accept messages larger than 30000 
bytes (#5.2.3)

The mail server needs to be able to accept bug reports if you request 
they be emailed in ...
