Reproduce code:

<?php
echo round(1234567, -5); // is 1.2E+6
echo round(1334567, -5); // is 1300000
echo round(1134567, -5); // is 1100000
?>

Expected result:
----------------
1200000
1300000
1100000

Floating point values have a limited precision. Hence a value might 
not have the same string representation after any processing. That also
includes writing a floating point value in your script and directly 
printing it without any mathematical operations.
