This bug is opened with a reference to the bug#43424 and Ilia Alshanetsky's response to it in which she suggested that a doc defect be opened to address this.

The documentation is flawed in this case. If you can, could you please  
create a phpdoc bug report.

Sorry for typo error. This defect is for array_combine() and not for array_combile()

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
