Results in "error" which isn't correct. This works perfect in PHP 4 Beta 3. This bug appears in Beta 4 , RC1 and the latest RC2 .

In PHP3 it prints out a warning message. To do nothing is horrible because in large PHP projects it is very hard to debug such programs  especially if large code segments depends on the PHP 4 Beta 3 behaviour!
