Instead of:

   array array_diff_ukey ( array array1, array array2 [, array ..., callback key_compare_func] )

Description should be:

   array array_diff_ukey ( array array1, array array2 [, array ...], callback key_compare_func )

What language? It Certainly is outdated. EN version is updated and shows as you expect.

We updated English and all the translations yesterday - all of them should have the parameters correct now (was a bug in the old build system).

My bad.  I was going by the 2007-06-17 downloadable docs.  I will check the online versions from now on.

We upgraded the downloadable docs yesterday too, should be fixed there also :)
