When I start php-5.2.5-win32-installer.msi and then I press
Next, I accept..., Next, Next
then the error stands out:
PHP 2.5.2 Setup
The installer has encountered an unexpected error
istalling this package. This may indicate a problem with
this package. The error code is 2878.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
