On the homepage, when performing a search, the results often come back in a foreign language, sometimes straight away, sometimes after a few clicks in.

Type e.g. "mysqli_query" in the search box, select "all php.net sites", and the submit the form.

On the bottom of the second result page, two foreign language links can be seen:
php.net/manual/cs/function.mysqli-rollback.php
php.net/manual/de/function.mysqli-rollback.php
