in online english documentation to mt_rand() function in parameter 
list, there is "man" instead "max".

Reproduce code:
---------------
Parameters

min

    Optional lowest value to be returned (default: 0) 
man

    Optional highest value to be returned (default: RAND_MAX) 

Expected result:
----------------
correct typing error: "man"=>"max"

Actual result:
--------------
"man"

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
