Description:
------------
Hi Guys,

I have the issue with PHP 5.2.4 (safe threads) and Apache 2.2.6 mpm worker ? all the functions inherited from fopen and fopen itself does not work when opening any URL. Besides, it would work if we open file locally. Also, there is no issues if we start PHP from console.

Compilation - standard. Please do not suggest moving to another mpm.

All the logs show the only one error: signal 11 sent to httpd child

Unfortunately, no more logs with errors are available.

I would appreciate your advice as to the issue.
