There is a lot of space before the actual content, so you have to scroll for half a mile.
Using IE 6.0.2900

I still cannot reproduce it though :(

Could you try http://docs.php.net/manual/en/ref.session.php ?

I managed to reproduce this bug with a clean install of Windows XP.
After upgrading the system with the help of the "Windows update" tool I can no longer reproduce it - which suggests a Windows/IE bug.
