Description:

Currently both nl.php.net (connection refused) and nl2.php.net (404 not 
found) websites do not work. I'm not sure this is the right place for 
reporting this, but can this be fixed? Thanks!

Expected result:

mirrored php.net website

Actual result:
--------------
connection refused or 404 not found

This is the right place to file these kind of reports, however
there is no nl.php.net mirror, and nl2.php.net is currently disabled.

Please either use nl3.php.net or let the php.net system choose the mirror for you.
