Description:
------------
It is annoying when reading a longer manual page where at the end of the manual content, before user comments, the upper previous/next links are no longer visible on the screen, one has to either move up or down to get to the next manual page, instead simply clicking at the link that would be closest to the mouse cursor as I belive many people use their scroll wheels to move down on the page ;)

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

If there are three or more notes the previous/next manpage links will be provided.

Thanks for the suggestion
