When going to http://snaps.php.net/, all PHP 4.4 Win32, 5.2 Win32 and PHP 6.0 shows "please consult /dev/urandom" for the past 7 days without actually producing any snapshot log or binaries.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Visit http://snaps.php.net/

Expected result:
----------------
win32 snapshots produced every few hours

Actual result:
--------------
please consult /dev/urandom

We had an AC outage, and I don't think it got powered on again.
I'll make sure that it comes back online tomorrow.

the snaps box is back online.
It'll continue building on its usual schedule, so you may need to wait a day or so for all the pieces to be built out.
