Event starting on Feb 1 2007 repeat monthly 1st Thru. every 12 months forever does not appear in Feb 2008. Same for event starting Mar 1 2007. Event created in Sunbird-0.3.1 on windows xp. Sunbird displays correctly.

I have no clue what you're talking about. If you are talking about the calendar on php.net reopen this and tell which calendar entry is wrong. When talking about some PHP code please reopen this report and provide the relavant code. I guess you're talking about some software written the programming language PHP - in that case please report to the developers of that software.
