Description:
------------
It would be very useful to have the equivalent of socket_set_option
and socket_get_option for the stream_socket_xxx functionality. The
options should be able to apply to all socket types, i.e. TCP, UDP,
TLS, UNIX, etc. This would be useful for setting things like the
send/receive buffer sizes, nodelay, etc.
