Going to http://uk3.php.net/mysqli chucks out a blank page

Reproduce code:

Go to http://uk3.php.net/mysqli

Expected result:
----------------
It would display the stuff for the mysqli library as per http://uk2.php.net/mysqli

Actual result:
--------------
It shows a blank page
