When compiling php for use as a shared apache module,
I get the following error message:

Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file
php3_module_shutdown_for_exec       modules/php3/libphp3.a(mod_php3.o)
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to httpd

To temporarily fix the problem, I copied the missing funciton
from the main.c source file into the mod_php3.c file in the 
modules/php3 directory in the apache source.
