</Contact>

  <Name>Charlotte</Name>
  <Phone>444-777-3333</Phone>
</Contact>



I was able to parse the file
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<Contact>
  <Name>Nagarjun</Name>
  <Phone>111-222-3333</Phone>
</Contact>
