Bug #40629 mistaken cvs tag RELEASE_1_0_4
Submitted: 2007-02-25 15:23 UTC Modified: 2009-07-20 10:35 UTC

Description:
------------
CVS user cconstantine inadvertently tagged the entire PHP CVS repository with RELEASE_1_0_4 while packaging pear/System_Command on 2006-01-18. This prevents any PEAR package from properly tagging a legitimate release of 1.0.4.

This mistake can be undone by removing this tag added on the date:

   cvs tag -d -D 2006-01-18 RELEASE_1_0_4

Doing the above is preferable to a simple "cvs tag -d RELEASE_1_0_4" because it won't mistakenly remove that tag from legitimate items in pear.

Gwynne with the conversion to SVN, is this anything you can look into/or close it?
