currnet downloadable win-chm version php manual ruined

i've looked in lot's of mirrior sites.

and they're all ruined.

running php_manual_en.chm(Date: 1 Feb 2007)

results "cannot connect to web page" explorer error.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Please use the extended-chm version until we figure out 
what is causing these problems.
