The translation of description of function header()could be prettier;) Actually I found some errors: 
 
1.'zapbiegać przeciwko ataką' 

2.Someone left 'It must by' among polish words.

Actual result:

1.Notatka:  Pocz&#261;wszy od PHP 4.4.2 i PHP 5.1.2 funkcja nie pozwala na wys&#322;anie wi&#281;cej ni&#380; jednego nag&#322;owka za jednym razem aby ---> zapobiega&#263; przeciwko atak&#261; <--- typu iniekcja nag&#322;owka (header injection).

2.Notatka:  Identyfikator sesji nie jest przekazywany w nag&#322;?wku Location chocia&#380;by session.use_trans_sid by&#322; w&#322;&#261;czony. Musi zosta&#263; przekazany --->It must by <--- r&#281;cznie u&#380;ywaj&#261;c sta&#322;ej SID.

Thanks for information.
This function was moved from old chapter HTTP to new place
Network. Few errors was fix, two described by you and some others.
Current state this function you can see in CVS:
