A direct call to ws.php using a mirror reveals error along with directory path.

You should not be calling this file directly, it's only meant to execute on the www.php.net server and requires features not on some mirrors... including APC and PHP 5.

Mirrors can alter display_errors if they wish.

Won't fix.
