There are two errors in the servlet.java file in sapi/servlet that result in compilation errors when running make (ie. I first did a "configure --with-servlet=/usr/local/jsdk2.0"):

Line 89:
"response.addHeader(...)" should actually be 
"response.setHeader(...)" according to the API documentation for javax.servlet.http.HttpServletResponse.

Line 135:
"throw new ServletException(e)" should actually be 
"throw new ServletExecption(e.toString())"

At the moment, I'm only supporting the 2.2 level of the servlet specification, but I will take a look at adding support for 2.0.

I've committed some changes which will enable servlet.java to compile cleanly using either the 2.0 or 2.2 levels of the JSDK.

I've tested the result using 2.2, but have not attempted to do so with 2.0.  If you have any problems, let me know.
