The Singapore mirror for PHP.net is too slow. It doesn't even serve the pages sometimes.

I get better response times (not through ping, but the page loads faster and everything) from the US servers than my own!

Something needs to be done about this server, or at least redirect us to a faster one for now. It's not really fun to change my sg.php.net to us2.php.net everytime I use the site. There was a sg2.php.net server which was way better, but too bad it closed down.
