The oci8 extension bundled with the 5.2.0 source drop does not have the correct md5 values.

For example the oci8.c in the bundled extension has a md5 of 
f34f565be4dcc101af0cb3d39e8d555b
the md5 value reported in the package.xml is
9a398fa7ed8c573d5d48ee94c06f3a7a
... which happens to match the md5 of the oci8.c version in the oci8-1.2.2 on pecl.php.net

So which version of oci8 extendsion is bundled in 5.2.0 and why isn't it available in the pecl.php.net for oci8

The 5.2.0 version had the latest CVS version of the OCI 
extension at the time of 5.2.0 release, which is why the md5s 
don't match those in the package.xml. That file is only 
updated on the extension's release.
