PHP Manual (see latest *.CHM as per 12/4/06):

Pages for all "ssh2_publickey_..." items are not visible under 'Contents' tab, as well as 'Index'. (They can be found only through 'Prev' & 'Next' links.)

all item appears fine with the new documentation build system (PhD). Please wait until it's available on php.net website.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
