French documentation on mirror 'fr' is broken.

Reproduce code:

Expected result:
----------------
A nice documentation page, like :
http://fr2.php.net/set_error_handler

Actual result:
--------------
Not Found
The requested URL /set_error_handler was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The mirror fr.php.net has been desactivated since 2006/09/06.

Nothing to do with the documentation, the problematic mirror should be up again soon. 

Please use fr2/fr3 for the moment.
