Description:
------------
I Would like to suggest a new $_SERVER variable called PARSE_TIME, that has the time the PHP takes to parse the file.

And would like to suggest an other variable that has the time php takes to start running your code. For example, the start running of a cgi PHP is slower than running as Module. So this time would be on a variable at the $_SERVER.

G'day

Use xdebug, http://xdebug.org/.

It has nothing to do with SERVER variables in the first place.
