classes that inherit PDOStatement cannot implement Iterator

Reproduce code:
---------------
class FOO extends PDOStatement implements Iterator
{
	public function current() {}
	public function key() {}
	public function next() {}
	public function rewind() {}
	public function valid() {}
}


Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Class FOO could not implement interface Iterator in Unknown on line 0
