On lxr.php.net website, the links to CVS pages are broken.

For example, on this page:
http://lxr.php.net/source/pecl/filter/filter.c

we have:
http://cvs.php.net/cvslog.cgi?file=/pecl/filter/filter.c

instead of:
http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/pecl/filter/filter.c?view=log

lxr has been taken down, as it's dead/unmaintained. And in related news, OpenGrok 
will be setup one day soonish.
