I installed gd-2.0.33 and its libreries then i tried to build php 5.1.4 follow the next steps and I got a error message

./configure --with-mysql--with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-freetype --enable-calendar --with-freetype-dir=/usr --with-jpeg-dir=/usr --with-gd=/usr --with-png-dir=/usr/local --with-zlib-dir=/usr/src/libpng-1.2.12

make clean
make

and then show errors messages

Reproduce code:

some errors after type make

In file included from /usr/src/php-5.1.4/ext/gd/gd.c:68:
/usr/include/gdfontt.h:27: error: syntax error before 'gdFontPtr'
/usr/include/gdfontt.h:28: error: syntax error before 'gdFontGetTiny'

/usr/include/gdfonts.h:26: error: syntax error before 'gdFontPtr'
/usr/include/gdfonts.h:27: error: syntax error before 'gdFontGetSmall'
/usr/src/php-5.1.4/ext/gd/libgd/wbmp.h:48: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
make: *** [ext/gd/gd.lo] Error 1
