(Is http://de3.php.net/get/php-5.1.4.tar.bz2/from/a/mirror PHP 5.1.4 or PHP 5.1.4 CVS?)
`make install` don't install $PREFIX/{pear,peardev,pecl}.
I'm also missing pearcmd.php, System.php and the files from Archive_Tar, Console_Getopt and PEAR

dahak:/usr/local/src/php-5.1.4# make install-pear
Installing PEAR environment:      /usr/local/php5/pear/
[PEAR] Archive_Tar: upgrade to a newer version (1.3.1 is not newer than 1.3.1)
[PEAR] Console_Getopt: upgrade to a newer version (1.2 is not newer than 1.2)
pear/PEAR can optionally use package "pear/XML_RPC" (version >= 1.4.0)
[PEAR] PEAR: upgrade to a newer version (1.4.9 is not newer than 1.4.9)
