1.oracle 8.0.5+php 3.0.12 for linux and oracle use traditional chinese_tawain.zht16big5 mode, but query show ?? for chinese.
2. use follow complie
   ./configure --with-oracle \
   --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs \
   --enable-track-vars;
