Description:

we have a problem in connecting to a remote oracle database,
we r using apache 2.0 and php 5.1.2 and we r getting error that data source name not found,we do not understand whether the problem is with apache or connectivity
our database is located at 192.168.1.228
database name is:nic
service name :ora
and our application is at 192.168.1.221

Reproduce code:

    die('Could not connect: ');
}
echo 'Connected successfully';

?> 

Expected result:

Actual result:
