we have a problem in connecting to a remote oracle database,
we r using apache 2.0 and php 5.1.2 and we r getting error that data source name not found,we do not understand whether the problem is with apache or connectivity
our database is located at
database name is:nic
service name :ora
and our application is at

Reproduce code:
$link = odbc_connect('','nic', 'chandu', 'lal');
if (!$link) {
    die('Could not connect: ');
echo 'Connected successfully';

Expected result:
connected successfu;;y

Actual result:
