Description:
------------
To connect Oracle 9i, using oci_pconnect(), it works properly. But using oci_connect() CGI PHP crash and it is closed. CGI shouldn't crash.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$db = "(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)
                      (HOST = host.com)(PORT=1521))
                      (CONNECT_DATA=(SERVER=DEDICATED)
                      (SERVICE_NAME=MYDB)))";

  $conexion = oci_connect("user","pwd",$db);
  if (!$conexion) {
    $e = oci_error();
    echo "Error al Conectarse";
    print htmlentities($e['message']);
    exit;
  }
else {    print htmlentities('Exito al Conectarse');
}
oci_close($conexion);

Expected result:
----------------
The page should show the text:

Exito al Conectarse

Actual result:
--------------
The page crash and a winodws is showed with this text:

"CGI / FastCGI ha detectado un problema y debe cerrarse"

That means that CGI crash, anf it should be closed.
