I compiled php3 as a module (the same for static) ver. 3.0.14 with
and
Apache 1.3.9.tar.gz,
The compile (with-mysql )section run OK (with no error) for apache and php3 ,

when I started apache ERROR can symbol undefinided Open64 in file libphp3.so

I think the error is in the include file of MySQL-develop-3.22.27-1 because I tried to do the same compile process with MySQL-develop-3.22.26a-1.i386.rpm and everything is OK

This is a problem of binary RPM distributions. You should compile MySQL from source.
